Job Description

Classification:  Secretary/Admin Asst

Compensation:  $11.00 to $13.00 per hour

West Chester company is seeking an Administrative Coordinator for a potential temporary to full-time opportunity. This Administrative Coordinator is required to have intermediate Microsoft Office skills.

Duties include: working with different department in the company, coordinating projects, working with various individuals, maintaining a database, updating clients on the progress of their projects, scheduling, making follow up calls and other general clerical functions.

The managers are seeking someone with problem-solving capabilities and who displays initiative in departmental daily tasks and projects.
