Classification: Accounts Payable Clerk
Compensation: $38,000.00 to $45,000.00 per year

Responsibilities include:
• Code, input, and execute payment of all invoices timely and accurately
• Ensure filing stays current
• Entering & Selecting Invoices for payment
• Ensure new vendors are set up in accordance with policy (obtain W-9, insurance certifications if applicable, etc.)
• Prepare monthly invoice processing statistics report
Qualifications include:
• 4+ years in a high-volume environment
• MAS Software is a plus, but not a must
• Team player comfortable working in a small environment; easily interacts with all levels of management; flexible; easily adapts to change
