The Cast House Supervisor is accountable for the safety and health of the employees under his/her direction by recognizing and reducing risk and managing processes that prevent incidents in his/her areas. The crew leader must ensure that safe work procedures and practices are followed and address at-risk behaviors in the workplace.

High school diploma or equivalent. College Degree preferred
Supervisory experience in a heavy industrial environment.
Strong problem solving and communication skills in order to communicate with all levels of the organization required.
Good computer skills including use of Microsoft Office.
Requires a progressive thinker who can initiate change

Preferred Qualifications Associates degree in a technical discipline;
Supervisory experience in a union environment;
Experience working in a smelter;
Knowledge of ABS or Lean Manufacturing principles
