Benefits Administrator Compensation:
$50,000.00 to $70,000.00 per year
Our Northwest Client is seeking a Benefits Administrator. The Benefits Administrator will manage the company health, life, dental, disability and retirement plans. The Benefits Administrator will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable Federal and State laws as well as with company policies. The Benefits Administrator must also communicate the company benefit plans to company employees and assist employees with benefits problem solving. The ideal candidate must have a bachelor's degree, 5+ years experience in Benefits, Excellent customer service and computer skills. ADP and Ceridian Experience is a MUST.
Compensation and benefits for this position are very competitive. This position will pay 50-70K depending on skill set and background.
