Job Description

POSITION SUMMARY: Corporate Direct Ugrade Sales



This position is responsible for consistent and accurate sales presentations to Wyndham Vacation Ownership guests, achieve defined sales targets, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.



ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES


This is not inclusive of all duties, just the essential functions of the position. Other duties may be assigned.


  • Effectively deliver required sales targets.
  • Present Wyndham Vacation Ownership's Sales Process consistently and accurately.
  • Maintain a high level of customer service and quality sales presentations. 
  • Adhere to company and industry best practices.
  • Keep current on sales information and materials.
  • Keep current on and support the company's marketing strategies.
  • Attend and actively participate in all sales and training meetings.
  • Set and review performance goals weekly, monthly and annually.
  • Lead by example in both professional and personal life.

HOURS:  M-TH 1-9PM FRI 11AM-6PM

Job Requirements

REQUIREMENTS:
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Must be able to pass a drug and background screening.
  • 1-2 years of successful sales experience, telephone sales experience a plus.
  • A positive, outgoing, enthusiastic attitude a must.
  • Must have a great work ethic, be self-motivated,  and have the desire to be the Best and work for the Best!
  • Must either have (or be willing to obtain) a Utah Timeshare Salesperson License.
  • Must be able to work the following schedule:  Monday - Thursday 1-9PM and Friday 11AM - 6PM.
