This position is in the consolidations group within the financial reporting team. The position is primarily responsible for for consolidating the firm's legal entities and collection pertinent date to prepare elimination entries and perform complex analysis for management. Position must ensure each entity is reporting in GAAP compliance, will assist in estimated balance sheet, control of outstanding shares, analysis of entity structures, competitor analysis and participate in ad hoc projects, eg new FASB compliance, system integrations and upgrades and overall process/reporting improvement. Requirements include: a four year accounting degree from a strong school with a good GPA, a CPA or parts passed, 3-7 years relevant experience from a public accounting firm or large corporate firm.
