BORGESS-LEE MEMORIAL HOSPITAL have excellent on call (PRN) opportunities for a Speech Pathologist.

Job Requirements

  1. Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from a college/university program (Council on Academic Accreditation in Audiology and Speech-Language Pathology (CAA) of the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA)accredited preferred).
  2. Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech/Language from ASHA required.
  3. Approximately six to twelve months of on-the-job experience necessary in order to gain an in-depth understanding of Medical Center policies, procedures and operations.
  4. Interpersonal skills necessary to communicate effectively with a diverse group of internal and external contacts including patients, physicians, and other Medical Center personnel..
  5. Analytical skills necessary to perform a thorough evaluation of an individual’s condition and recommended course of treatment.
