Job Description

Classification:  Customer Service

Compensation:  $10.00 to $12.00 per hour

OfficeTeam is currently seeking an inside sales and customer service representative that will be responsible for identifying and creating sales opportunities and providing customer service over the phone for a growing organization. Working as part of a talented team, the customer service/sales representative researches key vertical segments by geography, identifying key decision makers and influencers within enterprise organizations that are responsible for defining and delivering a mobile channel strategy for their company. Once identified, they will work with marketing to define a suitable contact strategy for the sales director, as well as report to the customer service manager.

Primary Responsibilities

•Researches the Internet for regional organizations that operate in key vertical markets and determine decision maker contacts at these companies by job title. Full contact details need to be acquired in order to implement an appropriate contact strategy.
•Ability to e-mail and call the identified contacts to introduce products and services confidently and accurately.
•Updates database on a daily basis with new prospect information.
•Ability to engage and build relationships with members of the sales team to assist them in building their sales pipeline for their region.
•Demonstrates initiative and enthusiasm to keep informed of developments within the technology marketplace.
•Works closely with Inside Sales Manager to deliver a target number of sales leads per week and provide weekly reports to Marketing in a timely and detailed manner.
•Achieve and exceed established monthly, quarterly and annual sale objectives.
•Record daily and weekly sales activity reporting, including backlog and opportunity tracking, sales call activity, and related information.
•Provide customer service to consumers on a daily basis.
•Ability to achieve goals for inbound and outbound calling daily.

Job Requirements

*At least three years relevant experience as customer service/sales representative.
•Excellent Microsoft Office skills including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
•Strong verbal and written communication skills .
•Confident in their sales capabilities and able to work both alone and with team members.
•Self motivated and responsive with a passion for sales and focus on customer serve and attention to detail.
