Responsibilities: -Prospect and acquire new business -Increase sales on existing accounts -Generate new business through following leads and cold calls -Develop relationships with small to medium sized businesses -Manage accounts within a defined territory -Provide customer service to accounts as needed
Job Requirements: Minimum High School Diploma or GED; College degree preferred Professional verbal and written communication skills Sales experience preferred Strengths in operations business knowledge, driving sales and profits Focused, goal-oriented, high standard of accountability Proficient computer skills in Word, Excel, Windows, Internet, and E-mail Office hours: 8am-5pm 40 hour work week with 1 hour daily lunch break
Reponsiblities: Expected new accounts added per month is 5-10 Expected growth of gross profit totals while maintaining profitability A Non-Competition Agreement will need to signed on first day of employment Benefits: Base plus bonus potential Health insurance allowance Fund, active work environment
Compensation: Base salary of $20,000 per year, ($1,667 per month) Monthly bonus/commissions (see below) -New Accounts Bonus is determined by the number of new accounts added in previous month Each new account with sales (Higher Sales=Higher Bonus') #2 Commission: determined by the previous months gross profit totals of new account base plus existing account base growth.
