REQUIREMENTS:

We are seeking individuals who have a growth mindset and want to build their own business, but enjoy a tremendous support network. Previous sales experience and current licensure a plus, but not required to apply – we’ll help you obtain a license.

Skills/backgrounds associated with success:

• Experience attaining challenging sales goals.
• Ability to identify and prioritize sales opportunities.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills, and ability to successfully engage all levels of customer base.
• Self-motivation and drive; willing to invest time in developing client relationships.
• 2+ years of Business to Business sales, sales management or sales recruiting experience, with strengths in relationship building and strategic sales approaches.
