 Description

We are seeking a candidate for a Professional Support III position. May manage/supervise/coordinate part or whole project from analysis, assessment and design to implementation. The position is responsible for managing Marketing projects across the review and approval process for release to market. Approval of these projects will require collaboration across the PPD marketing teams, operations, information technology, Medical, Regulatory, Legal, key vendors, ad agencies and others. Oversees initiatives to ensure all key business objectives, goals, deliverables and milestones are met. Major activities include leadership of collaborative review meetings, schedule development and control, scope management, issue resolution, project communication, resource management and project status reporting. Will require daily communication to team members including agency.

 

 

 

 Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess: Senior or management level support position where a specific business discipline or mastery may not be required. 5+ years of general professional business experience, Bachelors degree or equivalent experience, and a focus on project coordination or project management (people or processes) possibly including budgetary, personnel, design, development, implementation, auditing, reporting or presentation responsibilities. May require a professional license or certification and/or advanced degree. Skills required are leadership, ability to think strategically, organization, negotiation, time management, communication, reconciliation of client goals and resource availability. Knowledge of print processes and digital media helpful Knowledge of pharmaceutical industry and / or experience in agency account management preferred
