Job Description

Clinical Statistician II - C

2912 1yr position

PhD in Statistics or Biostatistics or M.S. in Statistics or Biostatistics and experience relevant to clinical pharmacology studies.

Must have good knowledge of theory of Statistics; areas of in depth knowledge must include linear models, including mixed effect models, repeated measures models and design of experiments.

Job Requirements

• Must have good computer programming skills

• Possesses good oral and written communication skills

• Participate in design of studies and preparation of protocols

• Reviews data collection and database plans, work on clinical databases

• Performs data extraction and review for consistency in data, programs and scientific documents

• Provides statistical analysis and output for study reports and for internal investigations
• Participates in study report preparation

• Provides complex statistical analysis and novel applications or research in statistical methodology if needed
