Description We are seeking an energetic, outgoing and highly motivated Community Manager to manage the day-to-day operations of a community in Circleville, OH.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

• Daily/weekly & monthly reporting
• AP/AR
• Leasing of new apartments & lease renewals
• Rent collections
• Interacting with residents
• Supervision of maintenance staff
• Overseeing on-site contractors
• Marketing and facilities management

RequirementsQualified candidate will possess good verbal and written communication skills. Knowledge and/or experience with MS Office applications are required. Qualified individuals will possess 2-3 years of relevant experience in the management of residential properties, preferably with student housing experience. Please note that due to the nature of this position, weekend hours will be required.
