The Signature Home Health Occupational Therapist covers the Grants Pass, Oregon area; providing therapy to a variety of patients with variety of medical conditions in accordance to the physician plan of treatment. You will work with a comprehensive team of medical professionals who meet once a week to discuss the plan of care of each patient. Oversee and supervise COTA's, assist in developing, implementing and revising the therapy treatment program. Provide education to patient and family providing complete therapy services that will enhance the life of the patient. Signature offers extensive training, continuing education opportunities, laptop, cell phone reimbursement and Point of Care Software. The qualified candidate will be a licensed OT in the State of Oregon, minimum of one year experience, current driver's license and reliable vehicle and auto insurance.
