Description Onin Staffing is currently seeking machine operators to work in the Jasper, AL area. 1st and 2nd shifts available. Must have previous experience in a manufacturing and production type setting. Must be able to stand for long periods of time. This person will also be responsible for coaching team members on safety issues and assuring that product is produced in a timely and efficient manner.

RequirementsMinimum qualifications include:

*Self-starter with HS diploma or GED
*Ability to read a tape measure, do basic mathematical calculations and use a calculator
*Ability to learn production operations
*Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 75 pounds
*Ability to twist, bend and reach to perform job duties
*Ability to work in extreme cold and extreme heat
*Follow procedures and wear all PPE
*Be detailed and customer oriented
*Ability and willingness to work various shifts
