- Bachelor's degree
- 2+ years experience within a business analysis role
- Microsoft Excel (Intermediate level experience using Pivot tables)
- 2+ years of SAS experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Science or Business Statistics is highly preferred.
- 2+ years of MiniTab experience (statistical analysis software)
- Microsoft Visio (flow charting)
- Microsoft PowerPoint
