American Correctional Solutions (ACS) is currently seeking Dietitians to work at a local Correctional Institution. Named one of INC Magazine's Fastest Growing Private Companies, ACS has been providing healthcare systems and medical professionals to correctional facilities for over 25 years.
Our Registered Dietitian will plan dietary intervention and strategies, attend interdisciplinary team conferences, monitor and document nutritional needs and goals, establish menus and recipes for use by food production programs for facility staff, patients and others. The Dietitian is also responsible to collect information on patient history and provide follow-up consultations as needed.
