Skilled machinist for a reputable manufacturing and assembly company in the CNC service industry. Machine shop environment. Must be self motivated with the ability to work safely, quickly, and independently
Set-up/Program/edit and operate various CNC machines to regularly produce quality parts to blue printed specifications.
Major Responsibilities:
- Set-up and operate Fadal vertical milling machines
- Set-up and operate Hurco vertical milling machines
- Set-up and operate Haas vertical milling machines
- Set-up and operate different Jet Mills and Lathes
- Know and use G & M codes
- Operate various drills, mills, and lathes as needed
- Read Blueprints
Requirements:
- Must Have at least 3 years CNC set-up and operating experience
- Must pass back ground check
- Must pass drug-screen
- Must have mechanical aptitude
- Must be able to read blue prints and part spec. sheets.
- Must have own tools!
- Must have great attendance record.
- Must have own transportation.
- Must have an understanding Fanuc Robotics
- Available to work the hours of 7a.m. -4:30p.m. Mon-Fri & 7a.m.-12:00 on Sat
- Must have High School Diploma or Equivelant
