Job Description

Mechanical Engineer

Senior mechanical engineer with experience designing and specifying HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and fire protection systems for buildings and administering MEP upgrade projects. Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact with clients are essential. A New York State PE license is required.

This is an immediate need.

Prefer candidates that have NY experience, and preferably in residential multistory buildings in Manhattan and the boroughs.

Job Requirements

8+ years experience in Mechanical Engineering
BSME
NY PE or able to obtain
LEED AP
AutoCad
Revit/BIM
Strong design background in multi-family, commercial building
Strong client interaction
