The Mergis Group is looking to fill two different needs in the Mortgage industry. Previous experience in mortgage is required.
Processor:
-Will be responsible for taking loan application and updating loan status.
-Will handle loan documentation and prepare files for underwriting approval.
-Will prepare documents for closing and review documents for appropriate loan type.
-Must have strong organization skills, detail orientation and the ability to work under pressure and meet daily deadlines.
Closer:
-Facilitate mortgage closings for the private mortgage banking division of a major national lender.
-Interface with local Title Company Representative to communicate mortgage closing instructions and provide loan closing documentation.
-Review closing settlement statements and related documentation and assured compliance with banker’s instructions, company policies, and federal regulatory requirements.
-Fund loans ranging from $100,000 to $5 million after ensuring that all closing conditions were satisfied
- Some previous mortgage experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong PC proficiency with MS Office.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
