PLEASE NOTE! This position is full-time from the Peoria, IL area; although, relocation assistance is bring provided. 

Qualified candidates should have strong project management and customer service skills in a low volume/high mix manufacturing environment. Experience with metal fabrication highly preferred. 


PROGRAM MANAGER

Major responsibilities include achieving program timelines, budgets, and production launch outcomes (capability, rate, etc.) as well as facilitate engineering changes, provide customer support and serve as liaison between customer and production team for program life. 

Bachelors degree in related field. 2+ years working as a Program Manager for a Tier I or II manufacturer managing multiple product launches and providing post production engineering support to the customer and production/operations team. Advanced knowledge and experience in APQP, PPAP, GD& T, DFMEA, PFMEA, Project Management, Capability-Feasibility, and supplier management and development. Experience in metal fabrication and assembly preferred (including Robotic Mig). Strong work ethic, drive to succeed, leadership skills (facilitating teams and projects), and customer service orientation highly desired as well as strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills and ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment.
