We are hiring experienced bilingual customer service specialists for one of the leading mortgage servicing companies in the nation!
Qualified candidates must have 1-2 years of customer service experience, Fluent Spanish and English skills both written and verbal. In addition, strong data entry and computer skills are a must!
This position is a temp to hire contract opportunity! Qualified candidates need to be flexible to work the hour’s b/w 8:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m. and possibly 2 Saturdays a month.

Requirements include but are not limited to:
- Bilingual fluent Spainish and English both verbal and written
- Excellent organizational and problem solving skills
- Excellent computer skills, proficiency in MS Office Programs
- Ability to provide excellent customer service support to all customers in a timely friendly manner
- Ability to gain the knowledge provided in a 3-6 week training period easily and correctly
- Ability to prioritize and complete tasks within assigned deadlines
