 Description Our client is looking for a legal assistant/receptionist and ideally you would have billing experience as well. The ideal candidate is a go-getter and has held positions of increasing responsibility. 

Responsibilities include:

-Working with shareholders, attorneys, staff and clients to ensure fees and costs are billed correctly
-Review of and editing of pre-bills and generation of monthly client invoices
-Processing of vendor invoices, check requests, expense reimbursements, bank deposits, cash receipts
-Receptionist duties, answering phones, etc
 Requirements-Receptionist and/or legal administrative assistant experience within a law firm required
-Experience with law firm billing system required; experience with Omega a plus
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required
-High attention to detail, dedication to accuracy, and ability to follow through
