Ideal candidates will have a background that includes the following:

  • Are you an IT Recruiter ready to step into your next role?
  • 3+ years of successful selling IT consulting services, ie Staff Augmentation
  • Maybe you are a recruiter looking for your first selling position in IT Staffing?
  • Broad technical overview on a wide range of areas, including Systems and IT Infrastructure; Application Development and Frameworks; Creative Suites and Technologies; Enterprise Business Suites and Business Intelligence / Data Warehousing
  • Proven track record increasing sales in the IT services / consulting / staffing field
  • Extensive selling experience into medium and large companies with a proven and documented record of success.
  • Track record of developing a new territory by researching opportunities, 
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Dynamic personality, outgoing and aggressive, and totally engaging

Requirements – Responsibilities include, but not limited, to the following:

Function as a Hunter, identifying IT Staff Augmentation opportunities at companies of all sizes throughout South Florida and across the United States.
Yes....your territory is the entire country!!

 

  • Experience defining client search requirements and making sure your recruiting team sources candidates that fit those requirements
  • Strong desire to make cold calls, prospect, qualify and close business at the "C" level and line management levels
  • Marketing and developing company brand recognition through direct selling, networking, advertising, etc.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills including strong self motivation, focus and passion for selling services of value
  • Ability to multi-task, problem solve and manage client relationships
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
  • Experience in the IT Staffing environment is preferred

  • Prior experience as an Account Executive or Account Manager selling IT Staffing would be optimal
  • Aggressive in nature, consistently meeting sales targets
  • Solid understanding of the staffing business, sales processes and recruitment processes
  • Ability to manage multiple client and contractor relationships
  • Strong communication, organizations & presentation skills are essential
  • Solid business acumen and entrepreneurial mindset needed
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, as well as critical thinking skills needed
  • Ability to execute negotiations with clients and IT contractors
