Job Purpose/ Description:
The Asset Management & Enterprise Application Services - Technology & Operations (AMES) group is seeking a IT Project Administrator that will assist AMES Project Managers by:
- Providing process and tool support for AMES projects.
- Assisting with administration and improvement of Project Management processes, methodologies, and tools.
- Assist Project Managers with CA Clarity
- Ensure Project Managers adhere to standards in Clarity, work-intake tracking system, and SDLC processes/documentation to support COBIT and SAS70
- Responsible for form and structure of project reports and tasks in Clarity
- Produce, distribute and publish Clarity and Work-intake reports with content provided by Project Managers
- Update work-intake tracking system and change management system with data from Clarity
- Create weekly budget/actuals summaries, for all projects and tasks
- Track project deliverables across project teams and Centers of Excellence
Required education/experience:
- Computer Associates Open Workbench experience prefered
- Computer Associates Clarity experience prefered
- Project Management experience
- Budget reporting experience
- Excel and Word experience required
- SharePoint (a plus)
Ideal skills:
- Computer Associates Open Workbench and/ or MS Project experience a plus
- Computer Associates Clarity experience a plus
- Project Management experience
- Budget reporting experience
- Strong Excel, Word, Powerpoint and Visio experience required,
- SharePoint (a plus)
