Job Details:   Under general supervision but according to established procedures interviews patient and/or their responsible party in the Department in order to obtain demographic, financial and patient complaint information. Performs clerical support duties and enters required data into the computer system to complete the registration process. A. Minimum Education: A level of knowledge normally acquired through completion of a general high school diploma program or GED. Successful completion of course in medical terminology is desired. B. Minimum Work Experience: Six to twelve months’ clerical experience with proficient keyboard skills. Prefer work experience in Health care or Health Insurance Business setting.
