Director of Operations / Customer Service - Call Center Operations
Looking for a dynamic leader with call center experience. This is a highly visible, leadership role that will be managing managers. Must have senior manager / director level experience and supervisory experience managing a mid-size to large team and managing multiple sites.
A successful candidate will have large company experience or experience with multiple brands and product lines, as well as strong project management skills. This role will work closely with senior management and interface with finance, supply chain, sales & marketing and operations. Responsibilities include creating and developing a customer service team, setting strategies for call centers, establishing and implementing guidelines, improving customer satisfaction, developing promotions, handling escalated customer service issues, benchmarking best practices, managing call center finances, maximizing performance, and more.
