OfficeTeam is currently looking for a full-time Assessment Services Coordinator for a growing management consulting firm. This positions includes orienting candidates, score assessment questionnaires, handle high volume of incoming/outgoing e-mails from candidates with a quick turnaround, technical support for candidates taking questionnaires online, minor website editing, organizing/ordering testing supplies, answering phones, binding, etc. Prefer candidate to have basic graphics design experience and editing pictures in Photoshop. applicants must have good interpersonal, customer service, and organizational skills; be highly detail oriented, responsible, flexible, team player, and have knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Internet. Fast paced, friendly, supportive work environment.
