Classification: Personnel/Human Resources
The Human Resources position will be held responsible for managing the day to day operations within the Human Resources capacity. The responsibilities will include managing the administration of human resources policies, procedures and programs. Your oversight and execution will be carried out in the following areas: Employee Relations, Training and Development, Benefits, Compensation, Organizational Development, Employment Hiring and Termination, Departmental Developmental, and Payroll Assistance when/if needed.
