Tax Director-Service Leader

Industry leader is seeking a Tax Director to join their senior finance team. Candidate have a strong knowledge of Federal State and Local Compliance as well as tax provisions (FAS 109). You will be responsible for reviewing the preparation of federal, state and local tax returns for multiple entities. Responsibilities also include research, planning and strategy. You will present pertinent findings, interpret results and manage tax audits. Position also supervises cash management issues and relevant investments.
You are a motivated, articulate individual with an accounting degree, 8+ years of tax experience in a combination of public and private accounting environments, including experience in a professional service firm, CPA is a plus You have superior research and organizational skills and proven results in process improvement.
