Classification:  Customer Service

Compensation:  $11.40 to $13.20 per hour

OfficeTeam has a great opportunity for an articulate, professional Customer Service Representative for a well known Organization. In this role you will maintain solid customer relationships by handling their questions and concerns with speed and professionalism. Responsibilities include receiving and placing telephone calls, Telemarketing, filing and some data entry. The position is based in a call center.

Job Requirements

Customer Service Representatives must have excellent communication skills and knowledge of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and customer database systems.
