Controller
Growing manufacturing company is searching for a high level Controller to join one of its subsidiaries. This publicly traded company, based in the New Britain area, is eager to fill this critical role. As the Controller, you will be responsible for managing and directing the monthly financial close process, assisting with SOX compliance, putting together the monthly budget and forecast, strategic planning, M&A analysis and driving financial results. Base salary up to 110K plus bonus potential up to 40%. This company has a track record of promoting from within and this position serves as a stepping stone for other opportunities.
The ideal Controller must have a Bachelor's degree in a business related field and either a CPA, MBA, CMA or CIA. 7+ years Controllership experience within a large publicly traded company, as well as, strong knowledge of US GAAP and leadership skills is required.
