Compensation: $16.00 to $19.00 per hour

Robert Half Technology is actively looking for a Desktop Support Analyst to join our growing banking client on a contract to full time opportunity in Northeast Metro Atlanta!!

The Desktop Support Analyst provides assistance to end users in the form of technical support, training and documentation for PC and AS/400 based applications.

Key Responsibilities:
•Provide hands on support for PC and AS/400 based applications
•Support all local branches within the Atlanta Metro area

Required Skills:
•A+ Certification and/or Bachelors Degree is Strongly preferred
•2+ Years of Desktop Support Experience
•2+ Years supporting AS/400
•2+ Years supporting Microsoft platforms (Windows XP, Windows 7, Microsoft Office, etc)
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
