SCM Solutions Program Manager

 Description The Supply chain Solutions group is responsible for key planning systems used by all of manufacturing, sales, business unit and production planning.  Because of our unique position we are asked to leverage our knowledge of systems, projects, finance, and processes on a wide variety of projects that impact the entire supply chain and the bottom line.  Major functional areas within the group include front and back end supply chain planning, supply chain modeling, reporting, architecture, business planning and ERP interface.   
 
As a program manager, you will be responsible for monitoring the KPIs and metrics associated with supply chain planning, delivery & inventory management and continuously work on improving the core metrics thereby driving Maxim’s charter to be the best in class supply chain.

You will use your technical and analytical skills to drive process mapping & process improvement initiatives, work closely with inventory planning group in establishing inventory planning guidelines for the organization. You will manage and lead large global planning projects. You will work closely with our IT organization to optimize use of SAP data for Supply chain planning as well as with Customer Ops for demand fulfillment. You will also develop forward looking, best in class policies and procedures to better position the supply chain operation for growth. 

 Requirements

Technical Skills

•    The ideal candidate will have a degree in Industrial engineering and semiconductor industry experience.
•    10+ years senior supply chain leadership experience
•    5+ years  of scheduling experience, a strong understanding of master production scheduling, inventory control and demand fulfillment
•    Experience with advanced planning systems especially i2/JDA and hands-on project experience with a major ERP vendor such as SAP or Oracle.  
•     Knowledge and experience with of SQL programming in Oracle databases.
