  • Cost proposal experience.
  • Earned Value Management using ARTEMIS.
  • Network Logic Schedule experience.
  • Financial objective planning and measurement: Orders, Sales, EBIT, ROS.
  • Strong Excel skills.



The Associate Program Management position is responsible for assisting the Program Manager in achieving program performance for the FAA Data Comm and Host programs. The successful candidate provides direct assistance to the Program Manager through coordination of program business rhythms, internal/external reviews, meetings and activities across multiple organizations and with the customer. In order to lead the financial aspects of these programs, this position requires strong financial management and cost proposal preparation skills and experience including in-depth understanding of cash, sales, orders and EBIT tracking, earned value analysis, and change proposal costing. Additionally, the candidate will support the Program Manager in the risk management, schedule analysis, IBR and PAR reviews, and drive to closure all program contract actions.

Successful candidates will have the following skills and experience:
1) Experience managing budget and schedules, program execution. Experience as a Cost account manager (CAM) is preferred.
2)Strong earned value management using financial and schedule management tool suite (Artemis)
3)Experience in the leading the development of cost proposals
4) Program Risk Assessment experience.
5) Excellent customer relationship skills.
