Manager of Financial Planning and Analysis

Responsibilities: Kforce is seeking a Financial Planning and Analysis Manager for a client in Springfield, Massachusetts to be responsible for the preparation and monitoring of the Company's ongoing financial forecasting process and the annual and five year financial planning processes. Be directly responsible for coordinating all activities associated with the annual field budget process. This Manager will also be responsible for analyzing the profitability and financial impact of product mix and marketing campaigns while providing a leadership role for the Finance Group in all inter-department activities related to this activity.

The successful applicant will possess the following requirements (items are required unless noted otherwise):

• A BS degree in Finance or Accounting


• An MBA or CPA will be a plus


• Minimum 7 years of progressive accounting / finance background with an emphasis on financial systems and modeling


• Previous supervisory experience is preferred


• Knowledge of financial principles, theory, and statistical methods


• Advanced MS Excel skills are required with overall strong modeling tools


• Excellent oral and written communication skills are essential
