Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• BILINGUAL - ENG/SPANISH Customer Service
• Responds to client inquiries regarding accounts, products and procedures.
• Completes service transactions according to defined procedures using specialized pc based software.
• Resolves problems identified by the client.
• Performs other related duties.
