Job Description

Title Processor:   

Great temporary position until the end of December!
 

 Coordinating settlements between builder/lender.  Also cover phones, access to some light computer tasks. Experience in title .

 

 

 

  • Schedule settlements.
  • Order title work, and surveys.
  • Review title work.
  • Prepare title commitment binders.
  • Prepare settlement sheets.
  • Prepare closing packages for settlement.
  • Review contracts.
  • TSS or Title Express Software needed


Job Requirements

3-5 years Title Processing experience
