Description LOGISTICS, SPECIALIZED - HEAVY AND OVER-DIMENSIONAL HAULING

Manage and coordinate a base of customers, schedule loads and plan for a fleet of owner operators.
Zone Coordination involves dealing with the owner operators revenue needs, dispatching and communicating company needs to them.  Also involves maintaining relationships with customers and shippers while securing freight and planning capacity for the fleet.  Must be able to meet KPIs involving on-time pickups and deliveries, minimal deadhead and layovers.
Position is in the highly competitive business of transportation/trucking.
We are a family owned and operated trucking company with solid benefits and fair pay. Our operation, consists of double-drop and stepdeck freight serving mostly construction and agricultural industries.
Requirements Job requires a high level of aggressiveness and patience. Must be able to communicate with all types of people from different backgrounds and educations - including, but not limited to, customers, shippers, drivers and loaders.
Must be fluent in Outlook and Windows OS and have background in the other MS office products.
A highly organized individual will excel in these positions.
