Description

Progressive Life of Bexar County, Ltd., is seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to fill the role of Program Director.  PBC is a quality provider of Home and Community-based Services.

Responsibilities include:

 

  • Managing and Developing HCS Group Homes and Foster Homes

  • Recruiting and Hiring Direct Support Professionals

  • Supervising Case Management, Nursing, House Managers and Administration

  • Quality Improvement

  • Billing and Census Management

  • Admissions and Referrals
  • Financial Management and Budget Development
  • Marketing
  • Staff Training and Development

     

Requirements
  • Experience Working with Individuals with Developmental Disabilities
  • HCS-waiver Experience preferred
  • Management, Financial and Budget Experience
  • Strong Interpersonal Skills
  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree in a Related Field, Masters preferred
