Sales Trainer

FleetCor, Inc. is looking for a Sales Trainer. The selected candidate will be responsible for a wide variety of training for our employed field sales staff, contract sales staff and other internal constituents. Training will include product specific training as well as training on FleetCor’s multiple portfolios such as Fuelman, Fleetcards USA, BP and Chevron

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

Training Program Management – Responsible for managing Fuelman-wide sales training program. Specific responsibilities include:

• Curriculum Development – Develop all training programs from conception to implementation.
  
  • Develop all training materials for products, services, promotions, pricing/fee changes and/or skills training.
  • Work collaboratively with subject matter experts to obtain content for training programs.
  • Ensure training materials and programs are effective and user friendly.
• Training Delivery – Deliver training sessions
• Follow up – Evaluate and assess the effectiveness of training initiatives

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• 5+ years experience in corporate training required
• Strong time management, written and verbal communication and organization skills required
• Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel)
• MUST have high-level MS PowerPoint skills
