Job Description

Our client, a prestigious non for profit organization, is seeking an IT Liaison for their offices in Long Island, NY. This position reports directly to the IT Director. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience in acting as a technology and business liaison between vendors and internal departments. Our client is offering a base salary up to $85K base plus excellent benefits.

  

Major Responsibilities:

·       Liaise with different business units in order to provide/present business solutions for all technology initiatives.

·       Lead each project from start to finish by handling all aspects: planning, documenting/reporting and managing requirements.

·       Ensure customer satisfaction by providing the highest service standards.

·       Assist business units with all technology decisions and answer inquiries related to products and vendors.

 
Job Requirements

Requirements:

·       5+ years in a technology/business liaison role.

·       Experience gathering business requirements and analyzing data.

·       Strong analytical and problem solving skills.

·       Detail-oriented.

·       Strong communication skills.

·       Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, etc) and Visio.
