Incumbent would utilize analytical skill sets that incorporate cost analysis, efficiency analysis, various ROI around compensation & business performance metrics that drive compensation plans. Incumbent will work with various internal business clients to identify data & reporting needs and creates and produces raw data & summary analysis to the business clients.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree with emphasis in accounting, finance, or human resources preferred.
  • Payroll or HRIS experience required.
  • Advanced PeopleSoft Query (Report) writing competency.
  • Advanced Excel (spreadsheet) experience including extensive V-Lookup and pivot table expertise.
  • Strong skills in the following areas: query writing against the PeopleSoft database, data interpretation, data analysis, and data/results presentation.
  • Highly motivated, organized, timely, analytical, skilled in spreadsheet and database programs.
