RESPONSIBILITIES:
Objective:

The Senior Manager, BIS Development � Global Finance provides leadership to the Finance and BIS organization in defining Information Technology capabilities to enable the 3-year - and annual business plans.. S/he works with the BIS and business leads to ensure Finance business requirements are incorporated in all solutions solutions. Develops and implements the technology strategy for the Finance and Controlling area as well as ensuring the financial requirements for other areas are considered. The ideal candidate will build, lead, develop and support the team in the development and implementation of SAP projects that integrate with Finance. Candidate should possess knowledge of how Finance and Controlling integrates with other SAP Modules.



Responsibilities:

Strategy

  • Provide strategic input on all aspects of information technology affecting the Finance organization, including Corporate, North American and European Business Units
  • Work with the business to define the information technology capabilities to enable 3-year and annual business plans.
  • Work with the development leaders to ensure alignment across CCE in terms of business processes and technology solutions.

    Execution

  • Project-manage the full life cycle of the projects following the standard Deployment Life Cycle process
  • Provide thought leadership and change management skills throughout the entire life cycle of the projects.
  • Ensure a sound and consistent process to convert bundled solutions to local requirements to facilitate an effective and efficient deployment and hand-over to support.
  • Provide Account Management services to the Corporate, NABU and Europe Business Unit organization.
  • Assess and manage the BIS resources in the development team
  • Provide technical support for resolving issues.
    Building Capabilities
  • Develop prototypes and capabilities in the Finance and Controlling application space to solve business issues and/or provide solutions which generate a competitive advantage.
  • Mentor and coach direct reports ensuring success in their roles to support the needs of the strategic development organization.
  • Responsible for coaching, developing and encouraging excellence from a diverse team. Conduct performance evaluations, development planning, and Succession Planning for direct reports.

    QUALIFICATIONS:
    Minimum Requirements:

  • A proven track record of high performance with a minimum of 5 years of increasing technical and managerial responsibility. An understanding and mastery of the Finance and Controlling capabilities and the integration across the SAP suite of applications.
  • Demonstrated effective communication, project management, change management, facilitation, conflict resolution, analysis, interpretation, visionary and strategic thinking skills.
  • A proven track record in building high performance teams.
  • 3 years of SAP Configuration experience in the FI and CO area.
  • Experience in full cycle SAP implementations.
  • Familiarity with Global SAP standards and practices including European implementations.
  • General knowledge of accounting business functions (the candidate need not be an accountant).
  • Bachelor�s Degree or equivalent education.
  • Willingness to travel to CCE locations globally.
  • Strong facilitation and presentation experience.
  • Strong Microsoft Office suite knowledge (Excel, Visio, PPT, Word etc�)
