In conjunction with this agreement Intel Corporation (through Intel Capital); Google Inc.; Comcast Corporation; Time Warner Cable Inc; and Bright House Networks have collectively agreed to invest $3.2 billion into the new company.Senior Financial Analyst - Wholesale RevenueClearwire is currently seeking a highly motivated Revenue Analyst to join the Finance team. The Revenue Analyst will be responsible for calculating, processing, and reporting the revenue generated from Clearwire’s Wholesale business. This role will work with the Data-Warehouse team to build from the ground up and continually modify a system to calculate the Wholesale revenue and invoice activity. Qualified candidates will have a proven background calculating revenue in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Responsibilities: Monitor and update Clearwire’s Wholesale revenue plans, calculations, and systems for our strategic partners (Sprint, Comcast, Time Warner, ect).Work cross-functionally with the Data-Warehouse team to create a system to calculate revenues and royaltiesCreate requirements for updates and modifications to the systems to obtain the needed data to accurately calculate the acquired revenue. Work with Clearwire’s strategic partners to ensure that monthly revenue invoices can be processed timely and accurately. Provide customer service to Clearwire’s strategic partners concerning monthly invoices and wholesale revenue payments details.Assist in researching and resolving any Wholesale revenue calculations disputes.Perform ongoing activities which focus on building process automation.Generate reporting and calculate payments for Clearwire’s revenue share partners.Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.Five plus years of experience as Financial Analyst, Revenue Accountant, or a related title, preferably within a wireless/telecom industry. Proven background assisting with the creation of calculations systems for the ground up.Ability to work cross-functionally to research and gather the need information to make timely and accurate revenue calculations.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Experience calculating and processing revenue payments and commissions. Prove experience managing multiple priorities and projects while providing strong attention to detail in a fast paced environment.Demonstrated knowledge of financial analysis and revenue accounting techniques.Advanced knowledge of the Microsoft suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Access) and experience with Oracle, Cognos is a plus.
