Job Description

Physical Therapist – Outpatient for a Hospital

A local Hospital has just changed Management and they are excited about the changes they are making for the employees and the patients. It is a gorgeous facility and although almost all of the employees have not left since the facility first opened, they were all waiting for the right executive team to manage them. This is the best change that has happened to them!

I have spoken to some of the therapists there and they absolutely love their job and team that they work with. They have a supportive environment from each other and their manager. There is an exciting buzz in the hospital now because of the new executive management team. The rates are one of the highest in the area compared to any other outpatient clinics. They are adding to their fully staffed outpatient department because they are growing very quickly since the new management team took over.

The Management team is very innovative and dynamic. They have added a new service line for the patients and their families. The added service line allows the patient to receive the best possible care and make sure that they are completely independent before going home.   In addition to an opening in their outpatient clinic they may have one in their inpatient department as well as this new division. The hospital’s census has grown dramatically to create these openings but they may go quickly. So apply if you are interested in learning more about this organization.
