Description DELL PEROT SYSTEMS is a worldwide provider of information technology services and business solutions to a broad range of clients. We are currently looking for 20+ Claims Examiners to join our team in Davenport, Iowa.

Job Responsibilities:
The Claims Examiner provides operational support for activities associated with the processing and adjudication of claims to include: 1) Data entry of claims ensuring accurate and timely payment to meet or exceed customer service level agreements 2) Properly adjudicate claims based on knowledge of covered benefits, insurance and provider contracts 3) Identify and resolve issues surrounding pended claims according to established procedures.

Required Skills:
  • Experience with medical health insurance claims within one of the following work environments 1) insurance company 2) managed care company 3) insurance call center 4) TPA 5) medical billing office 6) medical provider office

  • Knowledge of CPT, HCPC and ICD-9 Codes

  • Knowledge of medical terminology


  • Minimum Educational Requirements:
  • High School Diploma
