DESCRIPTION 

Nursing Instructors are responsible for instructing, monitoring, and evaluating students in both the classroom and clinical settings for the Practical Nursing Program at a private 2 year college.

Nursing Faculty will be responsible for instructing students.  In addition, Instructors also provide:

• Regular, accurate and timely feedback to students relative to their performance.
  
• Motivate students to actively participate in all aspects of the educational process.
  
• Encourage in class discussions, discussion threads, outside assignments, and research.
  
• Advise students on matters related to enrollment status.
  
• Participate in department curriculum implementation and development meetings
