Description On behalf of three of our clients in Battle Creek, Grand Rapids, Southfield and Dearborn, Michigan, we are conducting several searches:

*** PHYSICIANS ASSISTANTS:
The primary responsibilities include the coordination and implementation of integrated health care under the supervision of a fully livensed physician.  The PA shall be involved in conducting assessments, diagnos and providing treatment.  Shall provide therapies including prescriptions and periodic review of medications.  Provides medical consultation for clinical teams and participates/facilitates educational forums.

Requirements:
A minimum of 2 years experience in an integrated health system under the supervision of a fully licensed physician (MD/DO).  Licensure as a Physician's Assistant, preferably within the State of Michigan.  Must obtain and maintain professional liability insurance with a minimum of $1,000,000/$3,000,000 aggregate.  Certification by the National Commission on Certification of Physician's Assistants.

*** REGISTERED NURSE / NURSE PRACTIONERS:
Performs interim face-to-face medication reviews with customers receiving ongoing treatment.  Conducts nursing evaluations and assessments.  Evaluation, administration nand monitoring of medications as ordered by physician.  Administering medical history reviews and medication review.

Requirements:
A minimum of 2 years experience as a RN with certification as a Nurse Practioner.  Must obtain and maintain controlled substance regristration (DEA).  Must obtain and maintain professional liability insurance with a minimum of $1,000,111/$3,000,000 aggregate.
