Job Description:
Primary Responsibilities

* Manage the Talent Payroll on a weekly basis

* Handle accounts payable function to ensure timely payment of local
expenses, working with A/P team in Boston.

* Play a major role in the technical needs of the MA:C & Sales Support
team including: staff training on proprietary database; supporting Adobe
Connect, Google Apps, and other technology tools adopted by Aquent; working
with EIS (IT tech) to provide tech support in the field.

* Troubleshoot technical issues on Skill Assessment machines, working
with EIS department to resolve issues. Perform regular maintenance and
backup of all machines on a monthly basis. Working with EIS team, assist
internal staff in resolution of technical issues.

* Front desk & phone support (handling talent & client requests
including benefits, invoicing, timecard questions and worker’s comp claims).

* Perform monthly EEOC compliance review for internal interviews and
hires with Operations Manager. Deactivate Talent on a weekly basis to ensure
proper COBRA notification.

* Order office supplies from approved vendor as needed and perform
duties for new hire set up including but not limited to, phone setup,
computer setup, ordering business cards, using the New Hire Checklist.

* Provide additional support as needed on a timely and consistent basis,
including but not limited to filing, office appearance, serving as interface
with onsite realty company to resolve office issues, work with internal
staff to resolve client/talent issues on an ad hoc basis, etc.

* Assist with Talent/Client and office events

Goals and Performance metrics

Completion of Shared Service goals.

Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction based on results of
semi-annual survey.

* 3+ years administrative business experience
* Proven ability to learn new technology quickly
* Experience working with Google platform and social networking tools
*  Experience troubleshooting and supporting field operations in areas
specific to computers, software, and cloud computing
* Project management experience
* College degree preferred
* Extreme attention to detail, and strong organization skills.
* Strong Microsoft Office skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
